Can property bought using misused cooperative savings be recovered?

Cooperative Law (Sahakari Law)

In the troubled-cooperative framework, the management committee has broad powers to identify and take control of certain assets connected to misused cooperative property and to sell assets to repay depositors.

Section 106 specifically gives powers concerning assets held by directors, employees, family members or others in circumstances covered by the Act.
